Mobile AdBlue Delete: How Our Service Works From Enquiry to Appointment

An AdBlue warning or a countdown to no restart leaves you wondering what to do next, especially when you need your car or van for work. Our mobile AdBlue Delete service starts with a registration check and a quote, followed by an appointment at your home, workplace or another safe location, subject to availability. AdBlue Delete, also called AdBlue Removal, is a software service, not a parts repair. We change the engine computer’s software so it no longer runs or monitors the AdBlue system, clearing related warnings and the countdown. To enquire, send your registration, postcode and a photo of the warning by WhatsApp, call us or use the quote form.
Start with the warning you can see
You do not need to identify a faulty component before contacting us. Tell us what appears on the dashboard, whether there is a countdown and whether the vehicle still starts. A clear photo helps us understand your enquiry without asking you to translate the message.
Mention any other symptoms or warning lights too. We need to distinguish your AdBlue enquiry from other concerns because this software work does not fix unrelated engine faults. If you have already had work carried out, include a brief description.
We check your vehicle before quoting
Not every car or van is suitable. We check suitability from your registration before providing a quote, rather than assuming that every vehicle with an AdBlue warning can receive the same service.
The names AdBlue Delete and AdBlue Removal describe the same software work. Neither means we physically remove equipment. We do not replace, fit, repair or clean parts, so the quote is for changing the software rather than carrying out mechanical repairs.
How the mobile appointment works
Once suitability has been checked and you have accepted the quote, we arrange a mobile visit. Our service covers England, with appointments at home, work or another safe place, subject to availability. Give us the postcode and explain where the vehicle is parked so we can discuss the location before booking.
At the appointment, the work concerns the engine computer’s software. There is no parts replacement or cleaning included. If your vehicle has other engine problems, those remain outside the scope of the AdBlue service.
Standard hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. We also offer 24/7 emergency callouts, subject to location and availability. An additional emergency callout charge is confirmed before dispatch.
Experience, clear terms and software cover
Our team has helped thousands of customers. You are dealing with experienced technicians and a mobile service covering England. You can also read genuine Google reviews when deciding whether to book.
Our No Fix, No Fee promise is straightforward: “If we cannot complete the job, there is no charge.” We explain the quoted work before you decide to go ahead.
The Lifetime Software Warranty applies to the software work on that vehicle. If the covered work develops a problem, we correct it again. Later software updates or recalls void the warranty. Callout charges, including emergency callout charges, are not covered.
Other software services are quoted separately
If you also want to discuss remapping, mention it when you enquire. Economy Remap, Performance Remap and Stage 1 Remap are separate services. Stage 2 Remap needs suitable supporting modifications.
DPF Delete and EGR Delete are also available as software-only services. None of these extras is free with AdBlue work or automatically included in your booking. Each is quoted separately, so your enquiry should make clear which services you want us to consider.
Book your appointment in three steps
You do not need a technical diagnosis to start the conversation. Have your vehicle details ready, then contact us through whichever option suits you.
- Send your details: share your registration, postcode and warning details, ideally with a photo, by WhatsApp or through the quote form. Alternatively, call us to discuss the warning.
- Get a suitability check and quote: we check the vehicle from its registration and explain the proposed software work before you commit.
- Arrange the mobile appointment: agree a suitable location and an available appointment. Tell us about access restrictions or if the vehicle will not start.

Customer FAQs
Can you confirm suitability from the warning photo alone?
No. The photo helps explain the problem, but we need your registration to check vehicle suitability before quoting. Send your postcode as well so we can discuss a mobile visit.
Do I need to bring my car or van to you?
No. We arrange mobile appointments at your home, workplace or another safe location across England, subject to availability.
What if the countdown has ended and the vehicle will not start?
Tell us when you enquire and include a photo of the message. We will check suitability before discussing an appointment. AdBlue software work does not resolve unrelated reasons for a vehicle failing to start.
Can I request help outside standard hours?
Yes. Emergency callouts are available 24/7, subject to location and availability. The additional emergency callout charge is confirmed before dispatch.
Does the warranty survive a later software update?
No. Later software updates or recalls void the Lifetime Software Warranty. Its cover applies to our software work on that vehicle and excludes callout charges.
Need Help With an AdBlue Warning?
