The third generation is a 2023-model-year addition relative to the stated 2022-model-year coverage, although its UK ordering launch occurred on 10 May 2022. Add these diesel applications without misdating the generation's announcement to 2023.
- Diesel engines: 3.0-litre straight-six D300 and D350 diesels with mild-hybrid assistance.
- SCR/AdBlue fitment confirmed for this version. We still check your registration before quoting.
- SCR Fitment by Generation and Engine
The L494 generation ran from 2013 to 2022, but SCR was not fitted to every diesel throughout that period. Model year, engine and emissions specification matter more than registration year alone. Send your registration before assuming that a particular vehicle uses AdBlue.

The meaning depends on the exact message. Some warnings progress to a restart-prevention countdown. Once starting is inhibited, the underlying condition must be resolved and the applicable recovery procedure completed; simply clearing codes may not work.
What can cause a no-start countdown?+
Possible causes include insufficient fluid, contamination, dosing-pressure problems, injector deposits, heater faults, wiring faults or implausible NOx sensor readings. A quality warning does not by itself prove that the fluid is contaminated or that a dedicated quality sensor has failed.
