Emergency AdBlue Callouts Across England: How to Request Assistance

An AdBlue warning or restart countdown can leave you wondering whether your car or van will be available for your next journey. To request assistance from AdBlue Fix, send your registration, postcode and a photo of the warning by WhatsApp, call us, or use the quote form. Tell us whether the vehicle currently starts. We check suitability before quoting and can arrange a mobile visit to your home, work or another safe place. Emergency callouts are available 24/7, subject to location and availability. An additional emergency callout charge applies and is confirmed before dispatch, so you can decide whether to proceed.
What warning are you seeing?
You do not need to identify the fault before contacting us. The wording on the dashboard is a useful starting point, whether you are seeing an AdBlue warning, a restart countdown or a message that remains after a refill.
Send a clear photo taken while the vehicle is safely parked. If you cannot send one, copy the exact wording into your enquiry or read it out when you call. Include any other warning messages rather than assuming they are all connected.
- Tell us whether the car or van starts.
- Include the remaining distance shown on any countdown.
- Mention any recent refill or software update.
What to know before requesting an emergency visit
Our standard hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. If you need assistance outside those hours, ask about an emergency callout. Coverage extends across England, but a visit depends on your location and technician availability.
Give us the vehicle’s current postcode, not just your home address if you are somewhere else. Explain whether it is on a driveway, at work or in another safe parking area, and mention any access restrictions.
An enquiry is the first step, not confirmation that a technician has been dispatched. We check the vehicle, discuss availability and confirm the quote, including the additional emergency callout charge, before dispatch.
How AdBlue Fix can help
Our main service is AdBlue Delete, also called AdBlue Removal. These are two names for the same software service. We change the engine computer’s software so it no longer runs or monitors the AdBlue system, clearing the related warnings and countdown.
This is not a parts service. We do not replace, fit, repair or clean components, and the software work does not fix unrelated engine faults. Sharing all the warning details helps us understand what you are asking us to address.
Not every car or van is suitable. We check from your registration before quoting. Where suitable, we arrange to carry out the software work at your home, workplace or another safe location, subject to availability.
Why choose our mobile team?
The team behind AdBlue Fix has helped thousands of customers. Our experienced technicians provide a nationwide mobile service across England for cars and vans, bringing the service to an agreed location.
You can read genuine Google reviews before making your decision. We explain the scope of the software work and check suitability before you book, rather than treating every AdBlue warning as the same job.
Our completion promise and software warranty
Our No Fix, No Fee promise is straightforward: If we cannot complete the job, there is no charge.
The Lifetime Software Warranty applies to the software work on that vehicle. If the covered work develops a problem, we correct it again. Later software updates or recalls void the warranty.
Callout charges, including emergency callout charges, are not covered by the warranty. Keep this distinction in mind when requesting a return visit: the software cover does not include the cost of a callout.
How to book in three steps
Start with the details below so we can check your request without unnecessary back-and-forth. WhatsApp is useful for sending a warning photo, while calling or using the quote form gives you another way to get in touch.
- 1. Send your registration, current postcode and warning details. Attach a dashboard photo where possible and say whether the vehicle starts.
- 2. We check suitability and quote. If you need an emergency visit, we also confirm availability and the additional emergency callout charge before dispatch.
- 3. Arrange your mobile appointment. Agree a safe location and share any parking or access instructions needed for the visit.

Customer FAQs
Can I request help at night or at the weekend?
Yes. You can request a 24/7 emergency callout, including weekends. Acceptance depends on location and availability, and an additional emergency callout charge applies.
What if my car or van will not start?
State that clearly when you contact us and send the dashboard warning. We need to check suitability and understand the reported problem before agreeing to a visit. Unrelated starting faults are not fixed by AdBlue software work.
Does AdBlue Removal mean taking parts off?
No. Our AdBlue Removal service changes software only. We do not remove or replace physical components as part of this service.
Can you attend my workplace instead of my home?
Yes, subject to availability and a safe place to work. Send the workplace postcode and explain any site access requirements when requesting your appointment.
Do I need to know which AdBlue component is faulty?
No. Start with your registration and the warning details. You do not need a component diagnosis to make an enquiry, and we will explain whether our software service is suitable.
Need Help With an AdBlue Warning?
Send your registration, postcode and a photo of the warning. We check suitability and confirm the price before anything is booked.
