Can Your Car or Van Be Booked for Mobile AdBlue Removal?

An AdBlue warning that keeps returning, or a countdown on the dashboard, can leave you wondering whether you can get help without taking your car or van elsewhere. Yes, you can request a mobile AdBlue removal booking with AdBlue Fix, but we must check your registration first. Not every vehicle is suitable. To get started, send your registration, postcode and a photo of the warning by WhatsApp. You can also call us or use the quote form with those details. We will check suitability before quoting, then arrange a mobile visit subject to availability.
What warning are you seeing?
Perhaps you have already topped up the AdBlue, but the message is still there. You may be seeing a countdown, an AdBlue system warning or a message saying the engine will not restart. Tell us exactly what appears rather than trying to identify the fault yourself.
A clear dashboard photo gives us the wording you are seeing. Include any other warning messages and say whether the vehicle currently starts. You do not need to understand the technical terms before contacting us.
What does AdBlue removal actually mean?
AdBlue Removal and AdBlue Delete are two names for the same software service. We change the engine computer's software so it no longer runs or monitors the AdBlue system, clearing the related warnings and countdown.
Despite the name, this is not a service to take out or replace components. We do not fit, repair, replace or clean parts. The work also does not fix unrelated engine faults, so please mention any other problems when requesting your quote.
The distinction matters when booking: you are asking us to assess your car or van for software work, not a mechanical repair.
Can we come to your car or van?
Our mobile service covers England. Once we have checked the vehicle's suitability from its registration, we can arrange to visit your home, workplace or another safe location, subject to availability.
Send the postcode where the vehicle will actually be parked. If access is restricted, parking is shared or you need permission to have work carried out there, tell us before arranging the appointment.
A model name alone is not confirmation that we can complete the work. The registration check comes before the quote, so you know whether we can offer the service for your particular car or van.
Why choose AdBlue Fix?
Our team has helped thousands of customers, bringing experienced technicians to drivers across England. Mobile appointments mean the work can be arranged around a suitable location rather than a workshop visit.
You can read genuine Google reviews when deciding whether to book. We also explain the scope of the software service before you commit, including what it will not address.
Our No Fix, No Fee promise is straightforward: If we cannot complete the job, there is no charge.
What does the software warranty cover?
Our Lifetime Software Warranty applies to the software work carried out on that vehicle. If the covered work develops a problem, we correct it again.
Later software updates or recalls void the warranty. Callout charges, including emergency callout charges, are not covered. This is a warranty for the covered software work, not for the vehicle's parts or unrelated faults.
Book your mobile appointment in three steps
You do not need to choose between AdBlue Delete and AdBlue Removal when enquiring. They describe the same service, and we will confirm whether it is suitable before arranging the work.
- 1. Send your details. WhatsApp your registration, postcode and a photo of the warning, or call us or use the quote form. Include whether the car or van starts and any other symptoms.
- 2. We check and quote. We review suitability from the registration and confirm the quote for the agreed software work.
- 3. Arrange the visit. Agree a mobile appointment at your home, work or another safe place, subject to availability. Our standard hours are Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM.

Customer FAQs
Can I enquire if I am unsure whether my vehicle uses AdBlue?
Yes. Send your registration and any dashboard warning details. You do not need to know the engine specification to make an enquiry. We check suitability before quoting.
Can I request a booking if my car or van will not start?
Yes, but tell us that it will not start and send a photo of the message. We need to assess the enquiry before confirming a booking. AdBlue software work does not resolve unrelated starting faults.
Do you offer emergency callouts outside standard hours?
24/7 emergency callouts are available, subject to location and availability. An additional emergency callout charge is confirmed before dispatch. Contact us with the vehicle's current postcode so we can check availability.
Are remapping or other software services included?
No. Economy Remap, Performance Remap, Stage 1 Remap, Stage 2 Remap, DPF Delete and EGR Delete are quoted separately and are never free with AdBlue work. Stage 2 requires suitable supporting modifications. DPF Delete and EGR Delete are software-only services; we do not carry out parts work.
Need Help With an AdBlue Warning?
Send your registration, postcode and a photo of the warning. We check suitability and confirm the price before anything is booked.
