A Stage 2 remap is an ECU calibration selected to work with specific supporting modifications. Depending on the engine, these may include the items below. Not every engine needs the same upgrades, and fitting an aftermarket part doesn't automatically make a vehicle suitable. We check the full specification first.

Stage 1 vs Stage 2

Do I need an upgraded intercooler?
That depends on the engine, the performance level and the existing cooling system. Requirements vary between vehicles.
How much additional power will Stage 2 produce?
There is no universal figure. Results depend on engine capability, fitted hardware, calibration and condition.
Does Stage 2 include the required parts?
No. We carry out the software work only. Supporting hardware and its fitting are separate.
Can you carry out Stage 2 tuning at my location?
Some software procedures are suitable for mobile attendance. Others need additional checks or alternative arrangements. We confirm this before booking.
Can you tune the gearbox as well?
Gearbox (TCU) tuning may be available on supported vehicles, subject to compatibility and a separate quote.
